Terms and Conditions
Payments
Lessons are to be pre-paid monthly. Invoices will be sent at the end of the month for the following month.
Cancellations
Any cancellations are to be made as soon as possible.
If a lesson is cancelled within 48 hours full payment will be retained.
If a lesson cannot be attended due to ill health then a replacement lesson will be offered (when possible).
Should Kaylie Malone need to cancel the session (regardless of reason) within 48 hours or on the day, a catch up session will be offered as a replacement or will be held in lieu until the lesson is caught up. No refund will be given.

Please inform of any holidays or planned un-attendance at your earliest convenience.
Any unexplained/ continued absence for a period of two weeks will result in your lesson space being lost and made available to others. All pre-paid fees will be retained.
